Job Description:
S&D US is wanting to replace its EDMS (Electronic Data Management System) system for technical documents and drawings with AIM-EDMS (Asset Information Management - EDMS), the standard EDMS for technical documents and drawings. It will be connected to SAP Luminon.

 

Roles and Responsibilities:
Role requires strong Excel and Access skills to map S&D US legacy EDMS (Electronic Data Management System) data fields to AIM-EDMS (Asset Information Management) fields, and create necesary loading spreadsheets for approximately 160,000 documents (one line of data per document)

 

Skills and Experience:
- Data Analysis skills
- Good communication skills
