Role:-Sr VB.net developer
Location:-Madison, WI.
Duration:-9 month contract
Sr VB.net developer with must have Oracle WebCenter experience.
- two generations of the website, 1 part getting up and running for standard config. By 8/1; part 2 for the custom users and don't know how big that is yet, goal is to be done by Dec.
- Recreating a piece of software that is no longer meeting specifications. Old and needs to be re written
- 3 month initial development phase, full SDLC project. Integrative approach, agile light,
- Seasoned developers, move fast, good with .NET current framework
- Oracle portal! Full web app – going forward with flexible design that portal brings. At least be able to look at development from standpoint of things IT doesn't need to continue to manage, pass it over to the business
- Needs independent worker, but not a shrinking violet
- 90% coding, 5% design, 5% leadership
- Technical requirement have been gathered and are 90% complete
- No local portal expertise on staff. Would be a huge plus if someone brings it. Typically this person is super expensive, but the manager has a limited budget because these are late adds.
