Required skills
- SAP test Lead with strong understanding of the testing lifecycle, types of testing and its phases.
Need someone who is strong on SAP Retail and who is an effective team lead.
Need a "driver" who can communicate well and help push this upgrade forward from our end.
A pair of "drivers" would be ideal.
Again, we are upgrading from SAP 4.7 to SAP ECC 6 using MM, Retail IS, FI/CO, SD (at least 1 module Mandatory) with significant customization work to be re-factored and a moderate amount of system integration
Strong understanding of the industry leading testing tools, frameworks and technologies that cater to SAP Testing approach with various test phases.
Good experience in estimation techniques for different services; phases; SAP applications as/if required - test planning to delivery; test design and execution – manual:
SAP Solution Manager and SAP tools like TAO, TDMS, LSMW
Vendor Relationship Management experience and interaction with stake holder skills and 'Onsite-offshore': delivery model highly desirable
Experience in onsite / offshore delivery
*** Any SAP PM or TM with at least 1 SAP upgrade experience and strong in SD or MM modules should be fine
