- Thorough understanding of service management foundations such as ITIL or MOF - Manage major incidents - Outstanding customer service/focus and communication skills - Collaborate across various teams within and outside the organization to drive issue resolution and best practices implementation. - You must possess knowledge in monitoring tools and configuring them, such as MOM/SCOM/Gomez/Keynote - You must be collaborative, details-focused, thorough, patient and persistent - Strong communication and organization and project management skills - Ability to manage internal and external relationships, within both IT and the Business - Ability to stay clam through pressurized situations - Track and report availability metrics for the responsible applications - You must possess strong interpersonal skills, be a critical thinker, with excellent oral and written communication skills - Demonstrated ability to define and follow best practices and business processes - A BS/MS in computer science, information systems, and engineering and/or equivalent industry experience required |
