·Clusters Building Experience in a 24 x 7 x 365 enterprise environment·Demonstrated strategic thinking, quantitative and analytical skills, team leadership, and collaboration·Excellent problem resolution, judgment, negotiating and decision making skills·Experience in troubleshooting application and platform faults in large scale online services·Experience in automation and Scripting·Excellent written and oral communication skills required. Able to communicate to a variety of audiences including engineers, executive management and customers.·4-8 years of experience building and managing high volume web services, Windows Server, and virtualization in a complex, high availability environment·4-8 years of experience in building and managing scalable networks with a deep understanding of the OSI Model, DNS, WINS, TCP/IP, VLANs, DHCP, Routing, ACL's, and switching·Working knowledge of enterprise routing (BGP) and IP subnetting
