They MUST HAVE KORN SHELL scripting skills.
They have to be able to write code from scratch. They have to be able to true hand code, SQL, and PL/SQL.
They just need to be very good, and good communication skills as well.
They will Skype for this is they can't do a final interview in person.
My last hire here for a SQL Developer Skyped.
The description:
· Experience designing and developing complex enterprise applications (ERP, CRM, etc.) on large Oracle databases using SDLC methodologies (agile, waterfall).
· Experience with Billing applications and integration with ERP Financials (PeopleSoft or SAP) is preferable.
· Experience in performance tuning, application monitoring and support of production applications with distributed teams.
· Experience with writing detailed technical specifications for developers; design, validate and execute software test plans.
· 3+ (SWE) or 7+ (Sr. SWE) years of overall IT/software development experience.
· 2+ (SWE) or 5+ (Sr. SWE) years of recent experience as an Oracle developer.
· Strong development experience with Oracle PL/SQL: construction of packages, triggers and PL/SQL blocks and Unix shell scripting.
· Working knowledge of SQL Server and experience in automotive marketing applications preferred.
2. Oracle PL/SQL Developers (1 positions)

Interview type: Telephonic and Skype
Experience level: 7+ years
They MUST HAVE KORN SHELL scripting skills, Informatica, and TFS (Microsoft Team Foundation Server preferred.
They have to be able to write code from scratch. They have to be able to true hand code, SQL, and PL/SQL.
