We are looking for SAP Functional Lead / Manager – Location - Wayne, PA –  Fulltime Position.

Roles and Responsibilities:

·         Worked on at least two implementation projects

·         Good understanding of the Business Processes.

·         Identify as-is processes and to-be processes.

·         Map Business Processes to SAP.

·         Conduct Blueprint / Design workshops for one or more processes

·         Configure scenarios in relevant SAP modules.

·         Write Functional Specification / Configuration documents.

·         Ability to peer review documentation.

·         Has worked in small and large teams

·         Has functioned as a Process Lead / Team lead / Project Lead

·         Has estimated effort and resources required for a process / requirement

·         Has given and received feedback for performance.

·         Strong Communication Skills & presentation skills

·         Good interpersonal skills for interacting with management, employees, and the client

·         Worked on implementation project of the most recent version
