Job Description:

• should be proficient and worked with Agile methodology
• Should be able to plan product/sprint backlogs, run Iteration/sprint planning meetings. 
• should be able to plan the entire project development life cycle
• should be proficient in building project plans, resource plans
• should have good communication skills and strong presence on the team and drive the team towards the project completion ontime, on budget
• should be able to build relationships with clients, product managers and IT teams
• should have experience in onsite/offshore model
• having prior Java/J2ee experience a plus
