NEED INFORMATICA ADMINISTRATOR, TAMPA, FL

My name is Alex Hunt, and I am a Recruiting Manager, Talent Acquisition for KTek Resourcing. K-Tek Resourcing, Inc. isan innovative force in the IT Staffing Industry. Based in Houston, TX. We are Tier one vendors to major pharmaceutical/financial companies and other fortune clients and for same we are searching forward to a Informatica Administrator for a position with client in  at Tampa, FL.


Skills:
* Minimum 5 years of experience in infrastructure/client support of an Informatica environment
* Minimum of 5 years of experience with Informatica PowerCenter 6.x,7.x,8.x 
* Minimum 3 year of experience with UNIX (Sun Solaris)
* Experience with RDBMS : Oracle, Sybase and MS-SQL Enterprise Server

Duties:
* Install / Upgrade / Configure/Maintain PowerCenter 7.x/8.x instances on UNIX and Linux servers.
* Interact with UNIX and Database Administrators to create and maintain each PowerCenter instance. 
* Configure Database and ODBC connectivity to various source/target databases.
* Install / Configure PowerConnect for JMS /Web Services and others as required
* Independently perform complex troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, solution development 
* Manage and administer system performance including on-going optimization and tuning of Informatica environment
* Create and manage users, groups and folders. Ensure appropriate privileges are assigned to the different users.
* Interact with end users to resolve issues with Informatica PowerCenter
