Title:  HP Network Engineer

Location: North Reading, MA

Contract Duration: 6 extendable contract.

Job description:

 

Total Experience: 3 to 7 Years in Networking mainly on HP and secondary on Cisco

Level: L2+

Education: Technical University or Bachelor's Degree

Profile:

·         Hold HP ASE (Accredited System Engineer) certificate

·         Experience on HP Network A & E & X Series

·         Good Understanding of following:

o   STP and PVST

o   Knowledge of EIGRP,HSRP etc

o   Knowledge of OSPF

o   How to create IPsec Tunnel on HP device and mix environment like Cisco

o   Routing Knowledge

o   Layer 2 / Layer3  Switching

o   VLAN on HP and Cisco devices

o   Multicast Management

o   Switch Configuration and Management

·         Networking  Portfolio Professional Knowledge

·         Technical and solutions Experience in Networking industry

·         Ability to work as a contributing team member for large complex projects

·         Understand Interoperability between HP and Cisco

·         Good to have migration experience from Cisco to HP
