·         6+ years of actual experience in HPDP BUR.

·         Customer facing technical role.

·         SME level knowledge in HPDP/IDB recovery/experience with cluster backups.

·         Zero Downtime Backup experience

·         HPDP Cell manager Build experience with MOM and library [VLS/Physical] configurations.

·         Experience working on project / build activities and able to drive the project.

·         Capacity planning on 1800+ nodes backup environment with 10+ sites.

·         Good troubleshooting skills.

·         Experience with Disaster Recovery.

·         Able to handle complex and high capacity environment.

·         Should have experience in SAP/DB integrations

·         Should have experience with HP VLS and IBM 35xx tape libraries.

·         Should have experience working with US customers.

·         Should be able to handle the escalations.

·         Good coordination amongst various teams.
