Here's the Job Description

Position: SQL DBA
Location: VA
Duration: 6+ Months

Required Skills
4-7 years of working experience as a Microsoft SQL Server Database Administrator using SQL 2000/2005/2008 is required.
Install new SQL servers(creation of new databases), maintenance & Security
Implement replication
Develop & enforce archiving, backup and recovery strategies
Expertise in SQL Server DB administration principals
Expertise in writing SQL Code, scripts & reports
Develop & enforce organizational SQL Standards & best practices
Ability to establish working relationships w/users,vendors, peers & mgmt.
Excellent organization, analytical, problem solving & documentation skills
Communication of solutions to users at all skill levels
Perform maintenance, monitoring, analysis, tuning, disaster recovery
Assist in present & future capacity planning
