This is a direct submission to the Implementation partner with no hidden layers through "Backfill".

There is a definite F2F interview and hence the consultant or his employer must bear the expenses for travel towards In-person Interview at the client site.

 

We have partnered with a large financial company in Wilmington, DE area to provide them with .Net Developer. The ideal candidates will be responsible for design, coding, documentation and testing of software projects. The ideal candidates must have an experience in developing applications. Extensive knowledge of Microsoft.Net, design patterns, and web content presentation methods (HTML, XSL, etc). Agile experience is required and Empower and Winforms is preferred.

 

 

Title: .Net Developer (Winforms exp is Must)

Duration: 6+Months/Long Term

Location: Wilmington, DE

Rate $40-45/hr

 

SUMMARY:

  • The Developer.NET position requires the design, coding, documentation and testing of software projects. 
  • Duties will include development in one or more of the follow technologies: SQL, XML/XSL, HTML, ASP.NET, C#, and VB.NET.

 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Work with Development Team Leader and business owners to refine and clarify project requirements.
  • Produce detailed design specifications from project requirements.
  • Code projects using existing design standards and within accepted defect rate based on specification documents.
  • Provide input to assist in overall team process improvement and product design stability.
  • Properly track issues and resolutions in relation to the development effort.
  • Communicate and document project statuses to management.
  • Ensure that all code retains logical stability, reliability, confidentiality, and integrity of Client's systems is in accordance with client policies, procedures and taking appropriate actions for all violations. Guidelines, taking appropriate actions for all violations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2 to 5 years work experience developing applications a must.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science is a plus.
  • In-depth knowledge Microsoft.Net.
  • In-depth knowledge of design patterns.
  • In-depth knowledge of web content presentation methods (HTML, XSL, etc.).
  • Additional experience should include Windows desktop and server applications (such as MS Office and SQL Server), some UNIX, and basic hardware systems. 
  • Solid interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to communication clearly in written and verbal form.
  • Exceptional problem solving abilities.
  • Candidates with an "Orange" personality and excellent communication skills. Agile experience is required.
  • Experience with Empower and Winforms is preferred (not required).

 

WORKING CONDITIONS:

  • Occasional late/weekend hours to meet development deadlines.
  • Occasional after hour's deployment support work.
