This is a direct submission to the Implementation partner with no hidden layers through "Backfill".

There is a definite F2F interview and hence the consultant or his employer must bear the expenses for travel towards In-person Interview at the client site.

 

We have partnered with a large financial company in Wilmington, DE area to provide them with Business System Analyst. The ideal candidates will be responsible for partnering with the business in analysis of process and information needs to clearly identify and document project requirements for technology solutions. The ideal candidates need to have a 4 years combined technical and business analytical experience. Empower.NET and mortgage experience is a plus.

 

Title: Business System Analyst.

Location: Wilmington, DE

RATE: $40/HR

 

Job Summary: 

  • The Business Systems Analyst is responsible for partnering with the business in analysis of process and information needs to clearly identify and document project requirements for technology solutions. 
  • Focus of the role is to build and maintain strong customer relationships, serving as the primary contact-point for the business to engage IT for solution analysis services. 
  • The BSA II will also participate in the creation of analysis and requirements definition standards for the organization. 

Essential Functions: 

  • Work as a primary resource for business systems analysis and services for all bank departments.
  • Build and maintain a comprehensive knowledge of business processes and technical systems.
  • Participate in establishment of standards for business systems analysis and requirements management.
  • Support bank-wide adoption of business systems analysis services, standards, and techniques.
  • Apply agile analysis techniques and procedures to document and define system requirements.
  • Utilize functional specifications and prototyping to document system designs.

Experience, Qualifications and Technical Skills and Abilities: 

  • At least 4 years combined technical and business analytical experience.
  • Experience creating and maintaining relationships with business contacts.
  • Minimum of a bachelor's degree from an accredited university, IT-related preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent problem diagnosis and analytical skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to balance multiple concurrent efforts.
  • Ability to conceptualize and think creatively.
  • Ability to be persuasive.
  • Ability to effectively translate between business and technical language.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding, and rapidly changing environment.
  • Must be interested in FTE opportunities and able to be converted (salary range, etc.).
  • Empower.NET experience is a plus.
  • Mortgage experience is a plus (Fannie Mae, etc.).
