Job Description:

• The candidates must be able to confirm that they have experience with every skill listed on the resume.  Example: if they list that they have performed Unit Testing they must back it up.
• Aptitude is very important.  Candidate needs to show initiative and creativity.
• Candidate should show that they are excited / enthused about being a .NET/C# developer.
• The candidate should be a self starter.  Some one that requires little or no hand-holding.
• Let the candidate know that code reviews are done.
• Duration - Very long term.
• Candidates should have been on projects for at least 1 year or more at least once in a career span of 7 years or so...for example.
