Position: Business Analyst - Property & Casualty (Commercial)
Location: Windsor, CT
Duration: Full Time
(GC's and US Citizens only)
Relevant Experience (Yrs):
* 8-10 Yrs
Technical/Functional Skills:
* Property & Casualty (Commercial)
Experience Required:
. Demonstrable experience in requirement analysis for large system enhancements.
. Demonstrable experience in requirement analysis for new GUI and Data intensive applications.
· Experience with data analysis a major plus.
· Experience in RUP and writing complex use cases.
· Experience in process documentation, presentation preparation and playing supporting roles in meeting facilitation.
· Experience with Data and Data analysis is required
· Knowledge of insurance business a plus
· Experience with MDM will be added plus.
· Experience with Systems Integration Analysis will be a plus.
· Experience with Business Process Management will be a plus
Roles & Responsibilities:
· Business analysis, requirements specifications and business system design of various components within the P&C business domain
· Business Process Definition and Analysis.
· Actively involved in all Business Analysis related activities.
· Independently analyze and define solution for complex business situations that will include all aspects of P&C business including Administration and Technical
Accounting.
· Translate the solution into specifications to enable development and coding of the solution
Generic Managerial Skills:
· Good communication skills
· Ability to present analysis findings and solutions to different stakeholders
Education:
. Bachelor's degree highly desirable
