- Solid understanding of development in a Multi-Threaded environment
- Basic understanding for developing in a mobile device environment
- Team Foundation Server
- C++
- CA Harvest Change management, Openmake 6.3 build tool

Plusses
- HTML, JavaScript, CSS, AJAX
- JDK 6
- JEE (Servlets, JSP, Web Services, JMS/MQ)
- Struts 1.2, JSF 2.0 Quartz java scheduler and log4J
