Description and Requirement's:
•             Focus - SharePoint
•             Microsoft Certified on MOSS 2007 (or newer versions)
•             Bachelor's degree or equivalent
•             5-7 years designing, deploying and managing Microsoft Communication and Collaboration applications in a large Enterprise environment (25,000 + user base, multiple locations)
•             Must have experience as a technical lead on a project lasting more than 6 months.
•             Must have experience with 4 or more of the following:  (Added Advantage if More)

1.     SharePoint environments
2.     Exchange 2007 Clustered environments
3.     Exchange 2007 Disaster Recovery tools including native replication and NetApp replication technologies
4.     Microsoft SQL databases in support of SharePoint and other technologies.
5.     2003 or 2008 Active Directory
6.     Messaging Border Services – such as Sendmail
7.     Mobile Messaging Services/BES 4.0 or higher
8.     Experience with Hybrid on-premise/off-premise environments (Cloud environment)

•             Must have at least 5 years of messaging experience including Exchange architecture.
•             Must have strong networking troubleshooting skills.
•             Must have strong documentation and communication skills.
•             Moderate to Advanced skill set for PowerPoint, Word, Visio, and other MS Office Suite tools
•             Ability to work independently to meet deadlines and objectives
•             Scripting experience on VBScript, PowerShell or T-SQL a plus.
