Skills:-
-          SSIS – required
-          SSRS – required
-          SSAS – not a requirement, but a major plus if they have it

They should have experience on at least 2 Business Intelligence/Data Warehousing projects.
They should have at least 5 years of experience – it would be even better if they had closer to 10 years.
