Primary Skills

 

·         Should be strong in Oracle Apps HR process (Hire to Retire)

·         Should have interacted with business regularly and very good in creating Business Requirement (BRD), Functional Design (FSD) & AIM methodology

·         Strong in functional setups, personalization

·         Should be strong in Oracle HR Standard Tables & (Application Programming Interface) API’s

·         Modules:

o        Core HR

o        Self Service (Employee & Manager Self Service)

o        Approvals Management (AME)

o        Talent Management

 

Preferred Skills

 

·         Should be able to write PLSQL queries

·         Exposure to Project Management
