Job Description:
The IT Analyst is responsible for the support of our IT Operations and data analysis to ensure that the systems and operations supporting our customers are well defined and monitored. The IT Analyst will have a strong analytical background and have experience in multiple hardware and software platforms. This person must
be a self motivated individual willing to accept the challenge of learning their environment through systematic investigation and analysis.
Required Skills.
• Strong Process and Data Analytical skills
• 2-3 years exp. in IT Service Desk and Operations support
• 2-3Years exp. using SQL Server and Oracle
• 1-2 Years Experience in Windows and Linux environments
• Strong documentation and writing skills
• Familiar with software development in .NET (C# and VB.NET) is a plus
• Familiar with Perl and CGI Scripting is a plus
• All other duties as assigned
