Title: PeopleSoft Developer

PeopleSoft Developer - Will support the upgrade from PeopleSoft 8.9 to PeopleSoft 9.1. Primary responsibilities are building Profile Management and Workforce Development reports and applying customizations to employee and manager self service.  Includes PeopleCode, SQR and XML publishers. Will work in partnership with Systems Analyst. Likely will assist in correcting issues found in UAT phase of the project.

Immediate Interview

Duties:

Provides engineering leadership and oversight on design, engineering and development of information technology solutions. Responsible for the most complex, multi-site, multi domain activities and integration. Manages the troubleshooting and resolution of infrastructure compatibility issues based on system architecture, project requirements, customer expectations. Partners with IT leadership on engineering related issues and strategies. May manage infrastructure engineers on a project basis.

Skilled in the latest Symantec Products specifically Symantec Endpoint Encryption and Symantec Endpoint Protection

Title: DB2  DBA with Warehouse Exp
Duration: 8 Months 

Location: Somers,  NY 

Immediate Interview

Administers, maintains, develops and implements policies and procedures for ensuring the security and integrity of the company database. Implements data models and database designs, data access and table maintenance codes; resolves database performance issues, database capacity issues, replication, and other distributed data issues. May require a bachelor's degree in a related area and 4 - 6 years of experience in the field or in a related area.

Title: PHP Web developer
Duration: Long Term

Immediate Interview

• Minimum 5 years of development experience • Strong knowledge and experience in Web 2.0 technologies • Extensive experience with the following technologies: o Linux o Apache o PHP o Zend o Java Script o Jquery o AJAX o XML o Webservices • Hands on experience with CMS products (e.g. Word Press, Drupal, Joomla) from installation, configuration and maintainnance perspective • Strong database skills in MySQL, MS SQL, Oracle 10g and firm grasp of PL/SQL • Experience with Mobile application development and/or Mobile optimized sites • Experience with Photoshop, Cold Fusion and/or Flash development is a plus • Experience with Analytics, CDN technologies, SEO • Digital and Social Media integration is a plus • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, coordinate and prioritize efforts with peers • Ability to thoroughly test and document all newly written code and/or functionality • Ability to troubleshoot integrated systems and get to root cause analysis quickly • Able to work independently with little supervision

Writes a variety of technical articles, reports, brochures, and/or manuals for documentation for a wide range of uses. May be responsible for coordinating the display of graphics and the production of the document. May require a bachelor's degree in a related area and 2 - 4 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Primary job functions do not typically require exercising independent judgment. Works under immediate supervision; typically reports to a supervisor or manager.

The role of Wiki/Forum Best Practice Example Writers will work closely with 3 key Global Operations teams (Potato Chip/Foods, Safety, Cold-Fill/Beverage – 2 FTEs assigned to each team) and re-format/combine/'wiki-fy" some existing content from Xpert, eroom, or other current file-based content repositories into new content paradigms, Wikis and Forums, onto IBM Collaboration stack.
The objective with this migration is to create rich examples of how Global Operations effectively and successfully utilize Wikis and Forums content paradigms for a wide variety of standard documentation, thereby increasing usage, value, and assessibility.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities –

• Format/combine/"wiki-fy" existing content from current file-based source to Wiki/Forum paradigm using best practices in order to create rich, meaningful content and usage;
• Provide standard Wiki templates for various subject types;
• Establish Wiki tagging; follow appropriate permissions/visibility guidelines once a content hierarchy is determined for the content at hand;
• Collate content from various source documents, images, videos into a single Wiki;
• Confirm all content prior to publishing with business owners and Global Operations Collaboration Leader;
• As needed, document the Collaboration processes and policy/guidelines as determined by the project team and post as a Wiki;
• Seed initial Forums from various sources;
• Establish initial Forum topic areas;
• Document Wiki, Forum, portlet and other job aids as needed;
• Confirm Wiki/Forums working as expected, especially as regards to permissions/visibility.
