Perform application development, problem analysis, and reporting. Works with various teams, resolve issues and validate COTS requirements within their areas of responsibility. Contribute to the development of functional/technical designs based on business/functional requirements. Support the development of conversion, interface, and reports development for Oracle Federal Financials and Discoverer Participate in SIT and UAT testing Provide functional advice on complex business process approaches and processes. Assist with gathering and eliciting information from existing business processes and supporting systems. Create appropriate documentation in work assignments such as functional requirements documents and business process flows. Provide work estimates for functional work products and assist with the application build and release process as required Qualifications: Basic Qualifications In depth knowledge and reports development experience using Oracle Discoverer utilizing seeded Oracle Financials (GL, AP, AR, PO) and underlying data structures. (preferably Oracle Federal Applications In depth knowledge of Oracle Federal Financials. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment coordinating with internal customers to help support and enhance business systems. Ability to interact closely with business analysts, DBAs, testers, operations, and technical infrastructure team members as required on design, problem resolution, and release process. |
