Title: Sr. PowerBuilder Developer Analyst
Duration: 6 months with extensions possible
Openings: Need is for 1 but maybe 2 contractors

Sr. PowerBuilder Developer Analyst with experience using Sybase 15 - Oracle experience a plus
The client is leading the Sybase 15 to Oracle 11g migration. The client has several financial trading support applications in production that need analyzing, developing, and migrating to the new platform.
The client is looking for a true consultant level person who can work independently when needed. The consultant will also need to communicate with different team leads and developers to accomplish tasks.
Required
· Strong experience with Stored Procedures
· Strong knowledge of development in PowerBuilder with a Sybase backend
· Oracle experience a plus
· Team Lead a plus
· Mainly – contractor will be taking current PB code that is pointed at a Sybase backend and re-write the code so that it will work with Oracle backend.
