MANDATORY QUALIFICATIONS:
1. --3 to 5 years of experience in creating and maintaining test plans, test cases, test scripts and testing environments for complex software to assure consistency between the specifications and software.
2. --Excellent communication and technical writing skills in large corporate environments is also a requirement.
3. --Experience with working in implementing projects for timekeeping, leave, payroll and attendance systems, preferably for KRONOS.
4. --Experience developing and writing test scripts for timekeeping, leave, payroll and attendance systems preferably for KRONOS.
5. --Experience in tracking and managing testing of all phases including unit testing, systems integration testing, acceptance testing, regression testing, and parallel testing and user acceptance testing.
