" 7 years .Net Development experience
" Advanced knowledge of C#
" Working knowledge of SharePoint portal application development and Enterprise integration
" Extensive development experience in MS SQL Server
" Good communication and design skills, understanding of design patterns
 
Desired Skills:
" Experience with MS Biztalk server or MS AppFabric is a plus
" FAST Search integration experience is a plus
" Understanding of ESB concepts

Location:  Des Moines, Iowa
Duration:  18 months

Multiple openings for Senior/Lead Java Developers  

Senior Java Developers (6 openings) with 8+ years of experience

Strongly prefer candidates who have Team Lead experience or who are ready to step into a Team Lead role. 
Must understand the difference between optimistic vs. pessimistic locking.
