DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
This position is responsible for developing viable and efficient technology solutions to complex business needs according to customer requirements, following the client development standards.
* Work with IAM lead to develop appropriate interfaces and ensure quality and efficiency through capacity planning, performance assessment, and both integration and regression testing.
* Assist in the coordination of customer acceptance testing and ensure customer satisfaction through timely resolution of issues and ongoing communication.
* Understand and adhere to the Technology Services Project Management Methodology.
* Follow the client Leadership Model and actively demonstrate commitment to the model.
* Actively support team on common goals, and participate in high team performance.
* Provide customer support 24x7 on a rotating basis.
* Perform other special duties as assigned.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
* 3 to 5 years of application development and support experience using the Java programming language.
** Prefer experience with web, server, and thin client.
* 3 to 5 years of Identity and Access Management experience or experience with Sun IdM, Sun AM, or Sailpoint IIQ
* 3 to 5 years of technical analysis and design using OO concepts and design patterns.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* 3 to 5 years of application development and support experience using DB2 or other relational databases.
* Experience with Java Script, Hibernate, and EJBs is also a plus.
