Technical Business Analyst for Chicago burbs

Telecom Client (Direct Client) Duration : 3 - 6 Months+ Start Date : Sept 19 (expected) Rates:  Be competitive.   Technical BA (Telecom ordering and Billing Systems) - Position # 1 Senior-level Business Analyst (8+ years) with web e-commerce and AMDOCS or other telecom ordering/billing system integration experience (ex: Convergys). This role will work with the Lead IS BA to assist with the requirements to add the new TOPS B/OSS system to the current web platform for new and existing customer service. This is a complex project with multiple 3rd-party vendors (ex: Accenture, ATG) as well as a significant amount of integration to backend systems and data using the Enterprise Service Bus (Oracle ESB).   Technical BA (SOA Integration Experience)- Mid Level Role - Position # 2 Mid-level BA (3-6 years) with web integration experience using Enterprise Service Bus (Oracle ESB/OSB) technology. This is a fairly technical BA role for a person who needs to be able to document the inputs/outputs and process requirements for the integration between an ATG e-commerce platform and backend data sources (AMDOCS). This person will take guidance from the Lead IS BA and/or the senior consultant BA.
