Urgent: .NET developer@ MN

I need a .NET Developer that is local to MN and can start immediately.  Do you have anyone with great communication skills?  Let me know ASAP, this is really pressing and the manager will interview tomorrow afternoon, they will start right away if they are good.  Position is in Bloomington, MN.

Must-haves

- 2-5 years of experience with development in the following languages:
- ASP.Net
- VB.Net
- C#.Net
- Good communication
- Good personality
- Previous experience with web development/

 

Plusses

- AJAX
- JAVA
- Experience with Sharepoint Deployment
- SQL backend experience

 

Day-to-Day

- Provide back-end development for company website
- .Net Development in ASP.Net, VB.Net, and C#.Net
- Portal Development
- Implement complex data and code for website
- No look and feel only coding
