Job Title	:	Technical Writer
Relevant Experience (Yrs)	:	Overall 5+ years of experience with 2+ years of exp as Technical Writer and 1 year of exp in Testing
Necessary Skills	:	Minimum 2+ years of exp as Technical Writer and in Testing Overall 5+ year exp Knowledge of SDLC Application Deployment activities, experience with User Manual creation, Standard Operating Procedure documentation, Presentations, Training documents Good Knowledge of MS Word, MS Power Point, MS Excel, Testing Tools like Quality Control Good Knowledge of Testing concepts, test case creation and execution Good communication skills
Desired Skills		Knowledge of different types of testing Good to have Certification in testing / quality Good Communication Skills Knowledge and exposure to CRM Products
Roles & Responsibilities	:	Interaction with clients on day to day basis for documentation and testing Interaction with various teams in US and outside US Documentation Testing
Generic Managerial Skills	:	Able to plan/track tasks/activities
Education	:	Bachelor degree
