Minimum Qualifications
* Excellent knowledge of the software development life cycle, testing methods during development, integration, and pre-release phases.
* Experience developing test plans and detailed test cases from functional specifications, use cases, and design documents
* Experience conducting ambiguity reviews of business requirements
* Proven QA testing experience and analytical skills
* Strong written and verbal communication skills; Excellent people skills; experience and desire to work closely with business analysts, project managers and other quality assurance engineers to help ensure quality
* Experience defining test data requirements.
* Experience using Quality Center; ClearQuest
* 5 or more years QA experience
* Bachelor's degree
