Job Description: System Engineer

 

 

Required Skills:

5+ years experience as a Virtual/Server Administrator using VMware?s

virtual platform

Expirence working with VMware HA, DRS, SRM, and vCloud Director is a plus VMWare Certified Professional  (VCP) preferred Strong Microsoft Server experience (current MSCE or MSCA advantageous) Background in scripting or programming a significant plus Windows System Administration NetApp Storage Administration Network Administration Thorough understanding of the TCP/IP Suite Strong writing skills with the ability to create technical documentation Working in a Pharmaceutical industry is a plus Good understanding of GxP guidelines

 

Start Date: 2011-08-01

1.      Upgrade VMware ESX 3.5 to 4.1

2.      Implement Password Self-Service application (Script Logic)

3.      Migrate servers and application to a collocation and a private cloud

4.      Qualify data center hardware (GxP Compliance)
