TITLE: SR. QA QUALITY CONSULTANT

The Sr. Quality Assurance Test Automation Engineer is responsible for creation, execution and maintenance the automated suite of tests written to validate the Impact Suite of products The Impact Suite provides state-of-the-art analytics that help organizations gain better insight into the factors that affect their members' health and thereby improve the services that they provide. It provides transparent predictive modeling, evidence-based medicine, and tailored clinical and business rules to identify, stratify, and assess patients. The insight provided by the applications enable its users to design new programs, initiate new interventions, or make better care decisions.
Responsibilities:
Coordination of Quality Assurance offshore / onshore team efforts for the assigned initiative
Work concurrently on several projects, each with specific instructions that may differ from project to project
Ensure that quality processes are carried out through all phases of the Software Development Lifecycle
Work with business partners, systems analyst, designers and programmers to create/analyze required project documents and ensures that quality assurance processes are incorporated
Participate in analysis and design walkthroughs, as well as project meetings
Estimate quality assurance effort on approved projects
Develop and implement efficient and effective testing strategy, test conditions and test scripts for approved projects
Manage towards results, by process, with facts and with continuous process improvement in mind
Work with others through coaching and mentoring to ensure tasks are completed on time
Work with project team to identify risks if quality assurance process is not followed
Coach, mentor and assist with testing as needed
Own and manage test environments and processes
Work with process improvement teams to ensure effective process improvements are implemented
Ensure process improvements are documented and incorporated in the quality assurance process"
Qualifications:
Post graduate degree in applicable area of expertise or equivalent experience
10+ years of Quality Assurance/Testing experience
10+ years of relational database experience
Quality Assurance Team Leadership experience
Experience with Quality Assurance testing tools
Understanding of all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle
