We are looking for Storage Admin (NetApp) – Location - Savannah, GA – 24 Months Contract Position.

Roles & Responsibilities

·         Perform root cause analysis

·         Troubleshooting technical issues

·         Defining processes and ensuring that the processes are adhered to                                                                                                               

·         Oversees and is responsible for successful completion of Installation, configuration and migration           

·         Ensure maximum uptime according to the SLA                                                                                                         

·         Responsible for building / maintaining a test environment                                                                                                  

Technical Requirements:

·   Ability to manage SAN/NAS infrastructure.                                                                                                         

·   Ability to provision storage and SAN resources, diagnose application connectivity and performance issues, and capacity plan the infrastructure.                                                                                                          

·   Strong Knowledge of IBM DS / ESS and NetApp FAS Series                                                                                                          

·   Strong knowledge of IBM / NetApp hardware and management platforms..                                                                                                      

·   Strong knowledge of Virtual provisioning, Consistency Group and FlexVols                                                                                                         

·   Strong knowledge of technologies including MPIO, Virtual and Physical copies, Remote Copies                                                                                                 

·   Analyze and resolve escalated problems within target. Trouble shooting Storage related problems and alerts monitoring.
