We are looking for Oracle Financials – Test Lead - Hightstown, NJ  - 6 – 12 Month Contract Position.

Roles & Responsibilities

·         Over 5-8 years of experience in Oracle Financials with sound functional knowledge on Oracle Financials Modules - Oracle Payables, Receivables, Fixed Assets, Oracle Projects, General Ledger, Oracle Purchasing, Cash Management, System Administration

·         Good understanding of Testing process

·         Ability to plan & track Functional, Integration, End to End Testing, dependency tracking.

·         Ability to understand client requirements and create good rapport with client

·         Hands on experience in Quality Center (Defect Tracking & Reporting), MS Projects & MS office (Excel Pivot reports)

·         Prepare Weekly and Monthly Delivery plans based On Test Strategy.

·         Track Test Execution and Defect Metrics on daily basis and report deviations from plan.

·         Coordinate defects resolution with development, business and IT teams

·         Prepare Daily status and Weekly status reports

·         Operational support in terms of on-boarding, off-boarding, staffing, interviews etc.

·         Good Communication & interpersonal skills
