With respect i want to say that last year on "Sep 24, 2012" you had announced that there will be "No roaming charges from Jan 1st 2013".
You had announced that "The "all India free roaming" was one of the proposals in the National Telecom Policy 2012, which was approved by the Cabinet in May, year 2012. It aims to abolish roaming charges and allow mobile phone subscribers to use same number across country without having to pay extra charges for services once they are outside their telecom circle."

But we are still facing the roaming charges and if you see the other countries than most of the countries are roaming free like USA, UK, Australia and many more....
So please take a look on the below links of your announcement and remove the roaming charges ASAP.
