Kindly help me with your available consultants on below mentioned position.
Role: Data Modeler - Junior
Location: Kansas City, MO
Duration: 6+ months
This person will be performing Data Modeling for the project team.
Main requirement is 3 years in the role of data modeler.
Power Designer or MEGA are the tools used in the project, but any data modeling experience would also be considered.
Must also meet the following requirements:
• This position requires a candidate that is a self-starter, able to work with minimum supervision, and must have strong verbal and written communications skills.
• Provides technical expertise for the production of detailed database designs and design documentation, including data models, and data flow diagrams. Evaluates and configures DBMS products to match user requirements with system capabilities.
• Determines file organization, indexing methods, and security procedures for system databases.
• Plans and coordinates conversion and migration of existing (or legacy) databases to state of the art DBMS's.
• Significant knowledge of the database management field and the ability to work independently on typical assignments.
• This level of personnel generally has up to four years of professional experience in the field of expertise.
• Knowledgeable in applying data modeling methods and techniques in translating business and technical requirements into a comprehensive data model.
• Oracle knowledge desired.
