Project/Role or BD Task Description and Special Notes. . .

Sales Team Support resource for Desert Mountain SoCal. 

 

Will primarily work from home, supporting the Account Group Executive (Jeff Bassett) and the sales team in both Phoenix and Denver

 

Responsibilities for the role will include:

 

•         Planning FY Events:
-          Contract negotiations
-          Event management (attendance, food etc.)
-          Securing Awards
-          Securing venues (hotel & restaurant)
-          Working with Procurement for payment options
 
•         Building Financial Reports
-          Metrics Forecasting Report
-          Pipeline
-          Staffing Report
-          Hiring/Plan vs. Actual Report
-          BD Sales/Pipeline Scorecard
-          Sales Forecasting report
 
 •         Staffing
-          Building Rapport with Desert/Mountain consultants in order to create a line of communication to  BDEs that includes staffing preference as well as professional strengths and weaknesses
-          Collecting resource information for different staffing roles to support Indirect and Direct opps.
-          Working with Service Line to hard-lock & soft lock preferred candidates (PLF)
-          Facilitating interviews with clients and resources –
-          Working with Finance to create AVN WBSE's for chargeable resources
-          Working w/ Accenture, ASR and SubK to find candidates for Indirect Opps.
 
•         Project/Account Management:
-          Onboarding resources that have rolled on, badges, LAN ID, VPN Tokens, logistics
-          CDP Management/Training/Planning
-          Offboarding – includes contributing information for Project Lead exit report
-          WBSE Auditing & Reconciliations – Project Financials
-          Expense analysis for direct account
-          Project Share Point site creation & Management
-          Creating staffing demands, working to qualify candidates,
-          Compensatory Resources
-          Cross Project level communications & status reports
-          Opportunity Management
-          Travel Logistics
-          Working with off-shore to reconcile expense & hour reports for client invoicing
-          Monthly financial & resource forecasting
