LMS open positions---Looking for LMS-BA for SFO, CA

Position :  LMS BA

 

Location: SFO, CA                            Duration: 12 months

 

Must Have Skills: ___________________________________________

 

·         Experience in designing, developing and implementing automation solution to deliver business value and realization of education business strategies across different lines of business

·         8+ years of experience leading an LMS implementation – preferably SABA, Plateau or another SCORM AICC compliant Learning Management System for a complex, global corporation.

·         Demonstrated track record of successful global LMS implementation of a SCORM or AICC compliant LMS tool that serves direct customers, channel partners as well as internal employees

·         Understanding and hands on experience with the implementing solutions for:

o    Learning Management: LCMS Content Management, Learning Commerce, Development planning, Session and resource management, Evaluation/Assessments, Skills and competency management, Content/course delivery and tracking, Certification management, Blended learning, Registration and training history, Curriculum management,  Learning paths, Localization/ Internationalization

o    Performance Management: Goals & Objectives, Performance Reviews, Succession Management, Workforce Planning, Impressions, Compensation

o    Collaboration: Enterprise Business Networking, Web Conferencing

o    Talent Management: Leadership Development, Extended People Chain, Pay-for-Performance, Workforce Planning and Development

·          Strong experience with technologies supporting SaaS applications

·         Ability to define the system landscape, to identify gaps between current and desired end-states, and deliver learning management capabilities

·         Experience evaluating, selecting, implementing, and integrating technology tools to meet business objectives and deliver business value

·         Must be a self-starter, motivated individual who works well under pressure

·         Ability to multi-task, prioritize and coordinate tasks to meet multiple deadlines

·         Ability to drive collaboration with functional and technical teams to achieve effective solutions. Partner with multiple cross-departmental LMS stakeholders and experience with managing conflicting priorities based on business needs.

·         Effective communication skills with all levels of management

·         Flexible and resilient, comfortable with ambiguity, adaptable to a high-change environment and open to new concepts and/or processes
