IBM Websphere Portal Developer:

 

·         Experience on Websphere portlet factory/web experience factory is desired

·         Must have experience on developing portal solutions on websphere portal environment

·         Solid background on J2EE including design pattern is desired

·         Good understanding of cluster architecture in websphere portal environment is desired

·         Understand Rapid Software Development methodology, connection pooling, JDBC

·         Good understanding of key database concepts as applicable to application.

·         Understand software development methodologies and lifecycles.

·         Must understand Themes 2.0, Ajax, DOJO, Javascript

·         Must have experience on PUMA, LDAP integration, profile DB migration, TAI integration

·         Good communication and analytical skills

·         Understanding of telecom domain is desired
