DESCRIPTION:

The JavaScript Developer will report to the Manager and the Project Manager for the day-to-day activities. This candidate will be working on an retail theft prevention projects. All candidates must have the following qualifications:

 

PROJECT REQUIREMENTS:

1.       JavaScript

2.       HTML 5

3.       CSS

4.       Cross Browser Frameworks

 

BASIC REQUIREMENTS:

1.       Familiarity with JavaScript Frameworks like jQuery, Kendo, and etc.

2.       Microsoft SQL Server

3.       Experience with Peer reviews

4.       Familiarity Agile [Scrum and XP Engineering Practices]

5.       Familiarity with Continuous Integration

6.       Familiarity with Test Driven Development (TDD)

7.       Familiarity with the Atlassian Suite of tools (JIRA, Confluence, and etc.)

8.       Good communication skills

9.       Ability to collaborate in a team

10.   Someone who takes initiative instead of waiting for work to be assigned.

11.   Someone who participates in discussions and who isn't afraid to have and state opinions.

 

 

NICE TO HAVE:

1.       Experience with Mobile Development

2.       Familiarity with the Retail Theft Industry is a plus
