Job Description
Role & Responsibilities	Required L3 Windows System Administration   -          Extensive knowledge of Windows 2000/2003/2008 Servers, Active Directory -          Hands-On experience on MS Exchange 2003/2007/2010 -          Mail Server Consolidation Activity -          Critical Incident Management -          Knowledge of VMWare virtualization technology preferable -          Strong Knowledge on various RAID technologies (RAID Extensive knowledge of Windows NT/2000/2003 Servers, Active Directory -          Strong Knowledge in Active Directory concepts like OU, Sites, GPO, FSMO etc. -          Managing and Troubleshooting Site Topology and replication failures -          Troubleshooting Windows AD, MS Exchange using Resource kit/Support tools -          Advanced troubleshooting skills in OS related issues -          Strong knowledge of Windows clustering -          Capacity planning / Forecasting -          Exposure to server hardening -          Exposure to disaster recovery of server OS and Active Directory
Required Candidate Profile (Job Requirements/Descriptions)	Profile: -          4-6 years of Experience in Windows System Administration -          Excellent Verbal and written communication skills. -          Good interpersonal Skills. -          The candidate should have worked in a SLA driven environment. -          Ability to work in a flexible, team-oriented and constantly changing environment     Skills: -          Excellent hands on experience on Exchange Servers and Mobile messaging like blackberry environment, Good, MobileIron (optional). -          Working knowledge on any of monitoring tools like SCOM/MOM -          Should have knowledge on the applications like NetBackup, Blackberry, Active Sync, EMC Replication Manager -          Excellent exposure on Cluster environment. -          Exposure on troubleshooting Blackberry Server issues. -          Should be familiar with standard storage devices -          Excellent Communication skills -          Extensive knowledge of Windows 2000/2003/2008 Servers, Active Directory -          Strong Knowledge in Active Directory concepts like OU, Sites, GPO, FSMO etc. -          Creating, Configuring, Managing and troubleshooting Group Policy objects (GPOs) -          Managing and Troubleshooting Site Topology and replication failures -          Troubleshooting Windows AD -          Advanced troubleshooting skills in OS related issues -          Threshold management -          Administration of DNS, WINS, DHCP Servers. -          Disk Administrator: Compact Partitions & Shares, Disk Quotas, DFS -          Patch management and Virus Management -          Exposure on Firmware upgrade -          Working Knowledge of File and Print servers -          Knowledge on server management tools -          Log monitoring/maintenance -          Vendor coordination -          Knowledge of clustering -          Understanding of capacity planning, performance monitoring and tuning. -          Exposure to DR for MS Exchange and AD -          Backup and restore of Exchange and AD   Product Skills:   NetBackup, EMC Replication Manager, SCCM, SCOM, Trend Micro, Symantec AV, ProofPoint AS, Remote Desktop, SCCM, Ontrack PowerControls, Windows Resource Kit tools like ADmodify.net, ADSI Edit,  csvde.exe, ADSI viewer.   Certifications:   -          MSCE
Technical Skills Required	Key skills required: (in the order of priority) Excellent hands on experience on Exchange 2003/2007/2010 Servers/Clusters and with windows 2000/2003 environment.   Excellent troubleshooting on Mobile Messaging – Blackberry, MobileIron (preferable)   Working knowledge on Anti-Spam/Anti-Virus Solution: Trend-Micro, Symantec, ProofPoint    Mobile collaborative Services like OCS2007, Lync 2010.   Working knowledge on tools like NetBackup, EMC Replication Manager, Ontrack PowerControls, Tandberg, Sirana AppAnalyzer, Quest Migration Tool   Extensive knowledge of Windows 2000/2003/2008 Servers, Active Directory -          Strong Knowledge in Active Directory concepts like OU, Sites, GPO, FSMO etc. -          Managing and Troubleshooting Site Topology and replication failures -          Troubleshooting Windows AD using Resource kit/Support tools -          Advanced troubleshooting skills in OS related issues -          Strong knowledge of Windows clustering -          Strong knowledge on IIS server -          Server Performance analysis and tuning. -          Capacity planning / Forecasting -          Exposure to server hardening -          Exposure to disaster recovery of server OS and Active Directory
