Position: Project Manager Level 2
Location: Austin, TX
Duration: 12 Months + (October 1, 2012 and end approximately September 30,
2014)
Minimum Requirements:
Years Skills/Experience
8 System consulting experience with full life cycle PeopleSoft
implementation projects.
8 Extensive working knowledge of PeopleSoft applications to include module
expertise in the Finance track.
8 In-depth knowledge of implementation methodologies and ERP industry best
practices.
8 Experience managing multi-organization, multi-year implementations and/or
upgrades.
8 Project Management experience coupled with a strong business knowledge
and ability to interact with all levels of end users and Senior Managers.
8 Experience with standard concepts, practices, and procedures of IT
Project Management.
8 Experience independently planning and accomplishing goals in a wide
variety of complicated tasks using a wide degree of creativity and latitude.
8 Experience preparing and documenting functional and technical
specifications using Microsoft tools (Word, Excel, Visio, SharePoint,
PowerPoint, Project).
8 Ability to communicate and transfer knowledge to business and technical
personnel.
8 Effective leadership, collaboration and communication skills as well as
an ability to handle multiple assignments in a timely manner with minimum
supervision.
8 Experience managing and documenting AS IS and TO BE business processes,
including assessment and verification.
8 System consulting experience with full life cycle PeopleSoft
implementation projects.
