Title : Network Administration/ Network Engineer/Architect    

Location : Hilmar, CA 95324

Duration :1 Year+ Contract/Full time

Visa Status: H1b, GC,USC

senior N/W person with 8+ Years of N/W administration. Key areas will be routers/switches/VM ware and Data center.

Exp. in data center. N/W and System Architecture and VM ware/VM Architecture will be the Keys in below rek.

Setup, configure, and support of internal and external networks. Develops and maintains all systems, applications, security and network configurations. Troubleshoots network performance issues and creates and maintains a disaster recovery plan. Recommends upgrades, patches and new applications and equipment. Provides technical support and guidance to users. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Leads and directs the work of others. May provide consultation on complex projects and is considered to be the top level contributor/specialist. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.

Competencies

·         Extensive knowledge of network design and operations, including switches, routers, and external data connections.

·         Experience with Firewall, A.V., Anti Spam and URL content filtering.

·         Development plans, policies for security event detection and response.

·         Data and systems security, and systems maintenance procedures development.

·         Development and execution of system and network capacity planning documentation.

·         Windows server operating system installation and support, including services packs and upgrades.

·         Systems Design experience with of VMWare 4.x/5.x. Configuration, tuning, and monitoring of virtual environment.

·         MSSQL database installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.

·         Extensive knowledge of Clustering/SAN architectures.

·         Disaster recovery models for Clustering/SAN.

·         On going develop and deployment of disaster recover plan for the enterprise.

·         Storage technology design, configuration and management.

·         Veritas Backup Exec and Veeam configuration and management.

·         Troubleshooting assistance for business and technical staff operational issues.

·         Desktop and enterprise applications installations, upgrades, testing, and deployment.

·         Mentor peers.

·         English skills must be proficient to understand, read, write and speak English.
