Requirement for Citrix Engineer

Location: Auburn Hills, MI

Duration : 6 + months

 

 

Responsibilities: -

 

Perform design, engineering, test, document and support responsibilities for projects requiring Citrix XenServer, Citrix XenApp and Citrix XenDesktop Services with minimal supervision. All designs adhere to the corporate guidelines and specifications.

Provide technical leadership in the design and engineering of Citrix XenServer, Citrix XenApp and - Citrix XenDesktop services to meet the business needs within accepted corporate guidelines.

Analyze vendor services, proposals and products, assess risks and recommend enhancements or alternatives. Select products and services that support the architectural direction of Comerica and leverage existing infrastructure investments.

He/she must be able to communicate comfortably to Management and clients, understand and react to the urgency of their work. Engineers are responsible for third level production support on a 24x7 basis. They are responsibly for carrying a pager on a 24x7 basis.

Qualifications: - Bachelors Degree or 7 years technology experience. - 5 years experience with Citrix Servers 4.x and higher.

Knowledge and Experience with Citrix XenServer, Xenapp and XenDesktop.
