·         Key Capabilities / Competencies: 

 

·         10 + years of progressive IT industry experience 

 

·         Minimum 5 years of experience with IBM Websphere Message Broker (WMB 6.1+) development 

 

·         Must have hands on experience with software development lifecycle, object-oriented analysis and design, high competency in Java application design and development 

 

·         Must have a firm understanding of concepts and technologies such as SOA, Messaging, Transformation Engines, Web Services, and Data Integration techniques 

 

·         Experience with configuring and administering Data Power appliances 

 

·         Experienced in J2EE(EJB, JCA, JTA,etc.), JMS, WMQ, ESQL 

 

·         Experience with Data Modeling, Web Services(XML, SOAP, WSDL, UDDI, BEPL etc) 

 

·         Experience developing .NET based services and MSMQ will be strong plus 

 

·         Any experience with Rational HATS and related products will be a strong plus 

 

·         Must be able to present architectural solutions as visual models in the form of diagrams, charts, and graphs 

 

·         Ability to communicate effectively 

o In English, both written and orally 

o In a credible and confident manner at all levels in the organization 

o Especially on technical issues
