Position: SAP Basis Administrator w/BW & Business Objects
Location: Lake Forest, IL
Duration: Contract (3 months w/possibility of extension)
Job Description: The consultant will be responsible for supporting BW (ABAP) and BW (JAVA) systems in netweaver 7.3 , business objects 4.0 and SCM and Knowledge Transfer (e.g. documentation, training) of day to support to Grainger Basis administrators
Technical Skills:
1. Must have BW (both ABAP and JAVA) experience (covering both ETL and Queries) and Businesss objects 4.0
2. Must have worked hands-on in Basis administrator role in BW ABAP ,JAVA and Business objects (in windows) project in a Unix/Oracle environment preferably a large environment using x86 servers (DB – Solaris , App servers – Linux)
3. Must have BW accelerator and Oracle database administration experience
4. At least Five years of SAP Netweaver administration experience in SAP ABAP and J2EE systems
5. Nice to have: BW 7.3 ,SCM, TDMS and SAP EWM
6. Nice to have: 2. Business Planning and Consolidation (BPC) for Netweaver

Job Description: The consultant will be responsible supporting EWM Minooka rollout and supporting SF DC EWM environment. Knowledge Transfer (e.g. documentation, training) regarding EWM support to Grainger Basis administrators
Technical Skills:
1. Must have SAP EWM basis experience and supporting RF GUN (RFUI) ITS transactions performance.
2. Must have worked hands-on in Basis administrator role in implementing SAP EWM systems and providing VPT and production support in a Unix/Oracle environment preferably a large environment using x86 servers (DB – Solaris , App servers – Linux)
3. Must have SCM 7.0 and Oracle database administration experience
4. At least Five years of SAP Netweaver administration experience in SAP ABAP and J2EE systems
5. Ability to troubleshoot EWM ITS ,Monitor and flowco transaction performance issues in DB,SAP and Network layers
6. Understand and use Unix, Linux, Solaris and Windows-based scripting and programming languages (J2EE, ABAP, VB, .net and Java, etc.) in support tasks including problem solving and troubleshooting skills in SAP projects
7. Nice to have: Business Objects 4.0
8. Nice to have: Business Planning and Consolidation (BPC) for Netweaver
Other Requirements:
1. Strong communication skills, ability to interact with SAP support and articulate the support issues
2. 2. Worked with multiple cross functional team such as Basis , Database, Unix , Storage and Networking teams
