Position: Organizational Change Management -BI Consultant
Location: Toronto, ON, Canada
Duration: 1 year in duration but can go an additional year
Organizational Change Management -BI Consultant
• 5 years of experience in a change management role for large transformational projects, such as ERP implementations, mergers & acquisitions, shared services implementations.
• Change management experience in Communications, Training & Education, Organization Design and Job Design, Stakeholder Management as well as Business Readiness and Monitoring
• Relevant University degree or equivalent
• Experience in retail or consumer packed goods industry an asset.
• Strong communication and influencing skills
• Ability to build strong working relationships with internal clients, IT, HR, and vendor partners
• A strong strategic orientation and high level of business and people acumen
• Ability to deal well with ambiguity and fast-paced work environment
• Advanced MS Project and MS Powerpoint skills
