As Technology Project Manager you will be accountable for the planning, organization, communication, and execution for all work-stream, which is part of a broader initiative to deliver the new Treasury Services ACCESS Target State program.  You will be responsible for ensuring all aspects of this work-stream meet the business requirements and are delivered within the agreed upon timeline and budget.

  

Roles and Responsibilities

• Developing and maintaining an integrated project plan, issue and risk mitigation reporting, project status reporting
• Driving technical solutions and issues to closure
• Coordinating across development and QA teams to facilitate testing and defect resolution
• Chairing project status meetings
• Establishing team priorities
• Ensuring scope and schedule are achievable, change control processes are agreed upon and followed
• Enforcing program protocols and procedures within the work-stream
• Resolving conflicts by demonstrating leadership and appropriate decision-making competencies
• Identifying resource needs and negotiating with LOB leadership to secure necessary resources

Qualifications :

• Minimum 6 years of IT Project Management experience, or relevant business or team leadership.
• Experience with projects in multiple technologies, functions (e.g. transaction management, risk management etc.) and industries.
• Experience managing geographically distributed and culturally diverse work-groups.
• Interfacing with senior technology and business managers across the firm regarding project status and resolution of issues requiring escalation.
• Experience in leading several complex systems development projects
• Expertise in project management discipline and techniques
• Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams and interact with all levels
• Ability to be flexible, follow tight deadlines, organize and prioritize work
• Strong problem resolution skills
• Strong verbal and writing skills
• Strong team building skills
• Proven experience with direct and indirect personnel supervision
