Must have skills:

1.      At least 5+ years SharePoint 2007/2010 development experience.

2.     Strong working  experience  on Moss 2007, SharePoint Designer 2007/2010 with Data Form Web Parts, XSLT, Workflow, InfoPath 2007/2010

3.     Must be an expert in Visual Studio 2005/2008

4.     Working knowledge in PowerShell (for script writing), JavaScript, JQuery, SQL Server 2008

5.     Branding: master page creation, page layouts, CSS settings, themes, logo design, XSLT, HTML, CAML, XML, ribbon customization.

6.     Experience setting lists, libraries and custom views, eg. Content Editor Web Part, Data Form Web parts

7.     Development experience preferred eg. user controls, site definition, and custom web parts.

8.     Should have .NET 3.5 development experience

9.     Ability to work with the client object model using client side development technologies such as JavaScript, JQuery, AJAX, ASP.NET, ADO.NET.

10.   Expertise with post-deployment testing

11.    Work with end users and manage requirements.
